Developing people and knowing how to manage a team is a challenge, but at the same time it is essential for changes to have the desired effects and become sustainable in organizations. A good alternative is the structuring of an ethics manual for internet use , a valid measure against the abusive use of the resource in a corporate environment, however, it is necessary to check whether the guidelines formalized by the company are being effectively followed.
